Disclosed is a system for measuring the degree of fatigue and stress. The system of the present invention includes a mobile terminal which transmits information related to the usage of a mobile terminal, information related to the usage of an application stored in the mobile terminal, information related to the movement degree of a user, and information related to the occupation of the user to a server, and the server which receives them and determines the degree of user′s fatigue and stress based on the customized database of the user.
