The present specification relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell. The organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode provided to face the first electrode; a photoactive layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a buffer layer provided between the photoactive layer and the first electrode. The buffer layer comprises one or more protrusions on one surface thereof facing the photoactive layer. The photoactive layer includes an n-type inorganic layer, and a p-type organic layer. The n-type inorganic layer is provided between the p-type organic layer and the buffer layer.
