The purpose of the present invention is to provide an artificial tooth which can be securely mounted on a denture base produced by computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM). An embodiment of the artificial tooth has a convex section (21a) to be inserted in an inner corner portion (13a) of a concave section (13) of the denture base. The convex section does not contact the inner corner portion when inserted in the inner corner portion, and a predetermined gap is formed therebetween.
