A nozzle washing device (10) washes a suction nozzle (20) having a base portion (22) and a moveable portion (24) that can slidably move with respect to the base portion, wherein a moveable portion sliding mechanism (60) for causing the moveable portion (24) of the suction nozzle to slidably move is provided, and the moveable portion sliding mechanism slidably moves the moveable portion while spraying a washing fluid on the suction nozzle using a washing nozzle (50c). In this manner, it is possible to effectively wash the sliding portion of the suction nozzle. In this case, it is preferable that the washing nozzle should spray the washing fluid in a direction inclined with respect to the axis line of the suction nozzle. By doing so, the sliding portion present in the side peripheral portion of the suction nozzle can be more effectively washed. The moveable portion sliding mechanism has an engaging member (62) that engages with the moveable portion of the suction nozzle, for example, and a configuration may be adopted in which the engaging member is caused to move using an actuator (64). By adopting such a configuration, the utility of the nozzle washing device is improved. |
