The present invention relates to a siloxane polymer composition, which is suitable as a material for forming a cured film such as an interlayer insulation film of a display device such as a liquid crystal device (LCD), an organic EL display device, etc.; a cured film formed from the composition; an interlayer insulation film; and a method for forming the interlayer insulation film. According to the present invention, provided are the siloxane polymer composition, which has enhanced hardness and excellent thermal resistance and transmissivity, and can be used as a material for the interlayer insulation film; the cured film formed from the siloxane polymer composition; the interlayer insulation film; and the method for forming the interlayer insulation film. Therefore, the interlayer insulation film formed by the present invention can be suitably used as a protective film for a display device and a touch panel display device. |
