[Problem] To provide a display control device that enables a system with high layout flexibility to automatically optimize and display objects of various forms. [Solution] The provided display control device is equipped with: a display form determination unit that determines, on the basis of first information and second information, a display form of an additional display item which is to be displayed additionally on a screen in response to a request for addition of a display item, said first information pertaining to the additional display item and said second information pertaining to an existing display item already displayed on the screen before the additional display item is displayed; and an issuance unit that issues display control information for controlling display on the screen on the basis of the additional display item display form determined by the display form determination unit. |
