Disclosed is a forming mold for a digital optical disk substrate. The forming mold comprises a movable mold core, a fixed mold core and a mold cavity ring that sleeves the fixed mold core. A forming space is formed among the movable mold core, the fixed mold core and the mold cavity ring. The fixed mold core comprises a fixed mold inner core and a sleeve ring that sleeves the outer periphery of the fixed mold inner core. The sleeve ring is located between the fixed mold inner core and the mold cavity ring. An inner chamfer is formed in the internal ring side of the top end of the sleeve ring. The diameter of a portion, matched with the fixed mold inner core, in the sleeve ring is smaller than the diameter of the lower edge of the inner chamfer of the sleeve ring. A stepped plane is formed between the portion, matched with the fixed mold inner core, in the sleeve ring and the lower edge of the inner chamfer. The top surface of the fixed mold inner core is fitted to the stepped plane. During the bonding of substrates manufactured by using the forming mold of the utility model, surrounding burrs of the substrates can be prevented from being clamped between the two substrates, so that the quality of optical disks is improved. |
