The present invention relates to a service request processing method comprising the steps of: receiving a service request from a customer; calculating service finish time, which is the finishing time of service, considering the proficiency of employees, the difficulty of the service, and spare time; aligning the employees by the service finish time by comparing the calculated service finish time; and selecting an employee appropriate for the service from the aligned employees.
