The present invention relates to a non-point pollutant removal facility and, more specifically, to a non-point pollutant removal facility having water storage and water permeable functions capable of reducing pollutants and rainfall effluent by discharging rainwater introduced into the non-point pollutant removal facility to an outlet formed in a lower part and a water permeable part formed on an outer wall by which the rainwater permeates into soil therearound. Thus, the non-point pollutant removal facility having water storage and water permeable functions comprises: a main body buried in a wayside, a boundary portion between a carriage way and a sidewalk, in a partially exposed state having an inlet formed in an upper part, an outlet formed in a lower part, a barrier formed therein to divide an empty space into two parts, and a water permeable part formed in an outer wall through which rainwater is permeable; a rainwater storage to collect the rainwater introduced through one part divided inside the main body to be stored or to discharge the rainwater to the lower part and a side surface; and a purification part to which the rainwater overflows to be introduced through the other part divided inside the main body when a water level of the rainwater reservoir is higher than a height of the barrier having a filter member to reduce non-point pollutants contained in the introduced rainwater. |
