The present invention relates to a device to drop a lifeboat. The present invention includes: a water pressure measuring part measuring water pressure; a restoring force measuring part measuring whether restoring force of a vessel is lost or not; and a control part releasing a combination device to drop a lifeboat when the measured value of the water pressure measuring part exceeds preset reference water pressure or measured value of the restoring force measuring part exceeds a preset reference value. Even before the vessel sinks, the lifeboat is dropped when the vessel loses the restoring force, and once the lifeboat is dropped, vessel guide announcement is operated to promote the safe escape of passengers.
