The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noodles by using comb pen shells and adding Jerusalem artichokes to the same. The noodles have a medicinal effect and new texture. According to the method for manufacturing noodles, the noodles have fresh and rich taste as broth of comb pen shells is used as a main ingredient. The noodles are manufactured by using excellent effects of Jerusalem artichokes and onion peel. |
