An embodiment includes: a light emitting structure which includes a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, a second conductivity type semiconductor layer, and an active layer arranged between the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and the second conductivity type semiconductor layer; a selective reflection layer arranged on the light emitting structure; and a phosphor layer arranged on the selective reflection layer. The selective reflection layer transmits light generated from the light emitting structure and reflects light of which wavelength is converted by the phosphor layer. |
