The present invention relates to a method for coating an inorganic antibacterial agent on a granulated mineral and, more specifically, to a method for coating an inorganic antibacterial agent on a granulated mineral, which comprises: granulating inorganic clay mineral powder and diluting an antibacterial metal nano solution composed of liquid-phase platinum and silver with zeolite powder to prepare a binder; coating the binder on the surface of the granule made from the inorganic clay mineral powder to treat the surface; and drying and calcinating the granules to prepare various sizes of granules which can be used as a water-treating agent or a soil-modifying agent. To this end, the present invention provides a method for coating an inorganic antibacterial agent on a granulated mineral, wherein inorganic clay mineral powder is molded into granules; a binder prepared by mixing inorganic antibacterial zeolite powder with a metal nanomaterial composed of liquid-phase platinum and silver is coated on the surface of the molded granule; the surface is treated; and various sizes of granules coated with an inorganic antibacterial agent are prepared through processes of drying, calcinations, cooling, and screening, thereby showing an antibacterial effect to inhibit various bacteria such as Escherichia coli when used as a water-treating agent or a soil-modifying agent.
