Disclosed are a transparent film with a conductive pattern and a method of manufacturing the same, to solve problems such as the scratch and the oxidation of a conducive pattern. The transparent film having conductive pattern includes a transparent film, a first resin layer, and a first conducive pattern. The transparent film includes a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The first resin layer is formed on the first side of the transparent film. The first conductive pattern is formed in the first resin layer. The first conductive pattern is covered by the first resin layer.
