The present invention relates to a device and a method to control a vehicle device by using a voltage level difference, capable of controlling a vehicle device by detecting input signals for the control of a vehicle device and determining the validity of a signal based on a level difference between the input signals. According to the present invention, the device to control a vehicle device includes a signal level detecting part detecting signal levels according to user input from a first spot connected to power and a second spot connected to ground; a level difference calculating part calculating a difference value between the signal level of the first spot and the signal level of the second spot; a level difference determining part determining whether the difference value exists in a predetermined reference range; and a vehicle device control part determining an input signal for the vehicle device as a valid signal when the difference value exists in the reference range, and controlling the vehicle device based on the input signal. |
