The present invention relates to an expression cassette having improved protein secretion ability compared with a wild type in yeast, comprising polynucleotide coding a translational fusion partner (TFP), and polynucleotide coding protein selected from the group consisting of TrXynII, TrBxl, TrEGL2, PaCEL1, PaCel2, TeCBH1, NfCBH1, HgCBH1, CtCBH1, ClCBH2, and CfCex1; to an expression vector including the same; to transformants having the expression vector, introduced to a host cell; and to a complex strain including two or more of the transformants. Also the present invention relates to a method for producing hemicellulase, endoglucanase, or exoglucanase, and to a method for producing bioethanol by comprising the step of culturing the transformants.
