PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet having such an extent of flexibility that it can follow a rough surface of an adherend, and superior thermal conductivity and a superior insulating property.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive sheet comprises: an insulative base material; and a thermally conductive layer on one or each surface of the insulative base material, provided that the insulative base material has a tensile elasticity of 1-15 GPa, which was measured at a temperature of 23°C, and a thickness of 2-35 μm. The thermally conductive sheet has a 50%-compression strength of 1.0×10-1.2×10Pa. |
