摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimal charging plan and charging facility information without burdening a user.SOLUTION: A charging facility information service comprises: an electric vehicle travelling using a motor as driving source by power stored in a storage battery; a charging facility for charging the storage battery; and a management center transmitting and receiving information on the electric vehicle via the charging facility and the information network. The electric vehicle and the charging facility perform charging communication with each other when the storage battery is charged. When the storage battery is charged, the electric vehicle uses the charging communication to send travel route information including its own travel route to the charging facility, and the charging facility transfers the travel route information to the management center via an information network. On the basis of the travel route information received from the charging facility, the management center creates a charging plan according to the travel route of the electric vehicle, acquires charging facility information of the charging facility at a planned charging spot included in the charging plan, and sends the information via the information network to the charging facility which transfers the charging plan and the charging facility information acquired to the electric vehicle by charging communication.
