Disclosed is a food waste disposer. The food waste disposer of the present invention comprises: a pulverizing unit which pulverizes food; a connecting unit which forms a transfer pipe in order to move the food pulverized in the pulverizing unit with water; a moisture removing unit which removes moisture included in the food while moving the food supplied through the connecting unit; and a drying unit which dries the food while stirring the food supplied through the moisture removing unit, wherein the drying unit comprises: a drying body which has an inner space for storing the food moved through the moisture removing unit; a heating unit which is installed on either of an upper side or a lower side of the drying body, and heats an inner side of the drying body at the predetermined temperature; and a stirring blade unit which stirs the food while rotating the inner side of the drying body.
