PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consuming electric power by equipping a mechanical locking mechanism which keeps a locking state of a piston without requiring energization to an electromagnet.SOLUTION: A pressure accumulating device comprises a cylindrical member 9 provided on the opposite side from an inlet/outlet port 6 of a cylinder 5, an advancing/retreating member 11 which is elastically biased toward the inlet/outlet port 6 and is disposed slidably in the axial direction inside the cylindrical member 9, a locking ball 14 loosely fitted in a hole 9a penetrating the inside and outside of the cylindrical member 9, a locking recess 4b formed in the cylindrical inner periphery of a piston 4, and hold means 13 for holding the locking ball 14 from the outside of the cylindrical member 9. The piston 4 is moved with pressurized working fluid, a locking state is established through mechanical engagement by the locking recess 4b, the locking ball 14 and the advancing/retreating member 11, and keeping of the locking state of the piston 4 in a pressure accumulating state is attained only by the mechanical engagement. |
