PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which work executed with respect to a product moving on a production line needs to be easily managed.SOLUTION: A work management system 1A includes: a work management server 100; and an on-vehicle terminal 112A and a worker terminal 112B in which a structure is made to be common. The work management server 100 manages a work instruction and a work result of the work in a work process at each work point. The on-vehicle terminal 112A stores the work result performed on a vehicle, and transmits the work result to the work management server 100 at the timing when the work is completed to a predetermined work point. The worker terminal 112B receives the work instruction from the work management server 100 before a start of the work in a production line, and after the work is executed with respect to the vehicle according to the work instruction, synchronizes the work result with the on-vehicle terminal 112A. |
