PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel engine mount manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing an engine mount of a novel structure in which a coating film of a two-layer structure is provided on each metal fitting surface, with simple manufacturing processes and lighter labor burden.SOLUTION: An engine mount manufacturing method comprises: a first adhesive application step of applying a phenol resin-based adhesive onto a bonded surface of a main body rubber elastic element 20 and a surface of a fastening portion 62 fastening a second attachment metal fitting 18 to a power unit 16; a second adhesive application step of applying a chlorinated rubber-based adhesive onto the bonded surface of the main body rubber elastic element 20; a vulcanization molding step of vulcanization-molding the main body rubber elastic element 20 to obtain an integral vulcanization-molded article to which a first attachment metal fitting 14 and the second attachment metal fitting 18 are vulcanized and attached, and, at the same time, heating and hardening the phenol resin-based adhesive applied onto the fastening portion 62; and a lamination application step of applying epoxy resin-based rustproof paint onto the surface of the fastening portion 62 of the second attachment metal fitting 18 onto which the phenol resin-based adhesive is applied. |
