PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor capable of accurately controlling a rotational position of a rotor in a simple configuration even in the case where the rotor can be smoothly rotated at high speed.SOLUTION: In a DC motor 1, a first table and a second table in which ratios of electrification directions and electrification amounts of an U-phase coil 6, a V-phase coil 7 and a W-phase coil 8 corresponding to a plurality of combinations of signal levels of detection signals of sensors 11-13 are specified are stored in a motor control section 17. When a first control signal based on the detection signals of the sensors 11-13 and the first table is inputted to full bridge circuits 14-16 to which the U-phase coil 6, the V-phase coil 7 and the W-phase coil 8 which are disconnected are connected, the DC motor 1 is continuously rotated as a brushless motor. When a second control signal based on the detection signals of the sensors 11-13 and the second table is inputted to the full bridge circuits 14-16, the DC motor 1 is step-rotated as a stepping motor. |
