PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal incorporated with a fitting screw so that the fitting screw does not separate/drop when fitting/removing the crimp terminal to/from a metal terminal.SOLUTION: A crimp terminal incorporated with a built-in screw comprises: a fitting screw including a neck part that is positioned between a head part and a screw part, has a diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the screw, and has a metal washer at the neck part; a main body composed of a terminal connection part including, at its center part, an insertion hole through which the fitting screw is to be inserted and a caulking part for caulking and fastening an end part of wiring; and desorption prevention means for preventing the fitting screw from dropping out from the insertion hole because at least part of the circumference of the insertion hole enters the neck part of the fitting screw. The desorption prevention means is composed of a protrusion that is made by press working and makes the diameter of the insertion hole be substantially smaller. The desorption prevention means may be implemented using a flat metal washer fastened or fixed, by spot welding or the like, on the circumference of the insertion hole. |
