The present invention relates to an apparatus for vertically conveying an article. Specifically, a trolley (40) is connected to a chain (23) moving in a continuous path by an upper and a lower sprocket (21, 22). An article support unit (60) is mounted on the trolley (40). A horizontal guide roller assembly (70) having rollers guided by guide tracks (81a, 81b, 82a, 82b, 83a, 83b) is installed on a support shaft (51) on which the article support unit (60) is mounted. The trolley (40) moving along a moving path of the chain (23) is supported on a front surface and a rear surface (23) of a front cover (11) of a casing (10) by trolley support rollers (41, 42) to move without shaking in a front/rear direction. The horizontal guide roller assembly (70) is supported by the guide tracks (81a, 81b, 82a, 82b, 83a, 83b) to allow the article support unit (60) to move while maintaining a horizontal position. |
