PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which enables secure improvement of the sealability and reduction of the costs.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: a tray 21 formed by a sheet metal and having an opening; and a cover 22 formed by a sheet metal and having an opening. The battery pack is attached to a vehicle in a state where a battery 15 is housed and a gap between the tray 21 and the cover 22 is sealed by a gasket 26. A first fixture flange for fixing the tray 21 to the cover 22 is formed by a tray flange 21c formed at an outer periphery of the tray 21. A second fixture flange, which is used to fix the cover 22 to the tray 21, faces the tray flange 21c, and is fixed to the tray flange 21c, is formed by a cover flange 22f formed at an outer periphery of the cover 22. A gasket flange for attaching the gasket 26 is formed by a sheet metal member 25 welded to the cover 22. |
