摘要 A hybrid vehicle of the present invention comprises: an engine (10); a rotating electric unit (30); a storage battery unit (70); a power generating unit (20); a switch (150); and an ECU (200). The rotating electric unit (30) is made to be the driving force source of the hybrid vehicle. The storage battery unit (70) is made to supply power to the rotating electric unit (30). The power generating unit (20) is made to generate power to charge the storage battery unit (70) by using the power of the engine (10). The switch (150) is made to be controlled by the user when the user demands an execution or a stop of a recovery control. The recovery control increases the quantity of condensing of the storage battery unit (70) up to the upper limit by using the power generating unit (20). The ECU (200) is made to select one from among multiple control modes. The multiple control modes include a CS mode and a CD mode. The CS mode is a mode to suppress a decrease in the quantity of condensing. The CD mode is a mode to consume the power of the storage battery unit (70). The ECU (200) is made to control the hybrid vehicle according to the selected control mode. In addition, the ECU (200) is made to select the CD mode when the stop of the recovery control is demanded by using the switch (150) during the execution of the recovery control.
