摘要 The present invention relates to a near-infrared wavelength converting structure and, more specifically, to a new type of a near-infrared wavelength converting structure using a gap plasmon characteristic and an up-conversion nanoparticle. When the near-infrared wavelength converting structure is applied to a solar cell, light in a near-infrared wavelength range is allowed to be converted into electric energy, which increases the photoconversion efficiency of the solar cell.
