PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transmitting a trap with low urgency when processing load of a management object device or a management device is actually high or likely to be high.SOLUTION: Management information is classified into a plurality of types on the basis of urgency to notify a management device. A present loading state and an operation schedule of the management device and a management object device are monitored. According to a monitored result, transmitting management information with low urgency to the management device is suppressed.
