PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle memory sharing system, an on-vehicle device, and a memory sharing program capable of more easily sharing memory information among members who went on a trip together.SOLUTION: A cooperative terminal identification unit included in an on-vehicle device 1 identifies a mobile terminal 3 brought into a cabin by a user and cooperating with the on-vehicle device 1. A memory information acquisition unit included in either the on-vehicle device 1 or the mobile terminal 3 acquires memory information representing a memory during a trip. A memory information distribution unit distributes the memory information acquired by the memory information acquisition unit or viewing information for viewing the memory information to the mobile terminal cooperating with the on-vehicle device in the current trip.
