PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber structure which is inhibited from discharging perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) and is excellent in initial and after-washing water repellency and oil repellency.SOLUTION: There is provided a water repellent oil repellent polyester fiber structure which contains: a fiber structure containing a polyester fiber; a cationic compound adhered to a surface of the fiber structure; an anionic compound adhered to the surface of the fiber structure via the cationic compound; and a fluorine resin adhered to the surface of the fiber structure via the anionic compound, and in which a weight average molecular weight of the anionic compound is 30,000 to 70,000, and the fluorine resin is a polymer containing a main chain which is a carbon chain and a side chain which is a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 6 or more carbon atoms. |
