PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface impregnated material capable of being applied at a proper amount with one time application operation even when application face is a wall or a roof and excellent in suppression of dripping.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface impregnated material containing alkoxysilane, higher fatty acid amide and a solvent and the alkoxysilane is represented by the following formula (1). RSi(OR)(1), where Rrepresents a phenyl group which may be substituted by an alkyl group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n represents 1 or 2, Reach other may be same or different when n is 2, Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a plurality of Rs each other may be same or different. |
