The present invention refers to a solution for transporting important volumes of water at a low cost, due to the low cost of this vital liquid; the atmospheric pressure is used as energy source, which substantially reduces the pumping need of water despite its low cost; as it is a vital liquid it has to be distributed in a balanced manner between the geographic areas with water excesses that suffer catastrophic damages by floods, and the geographic zones of the arid highlands with a limited or null supply of water. |
