Method of obtaining thermoplastic elastomer composition for water-impermeable layer includes introduction of supercritical flowing medium into thermoplastic elastomer material with mixing elastomer and thermoplastic resin in extruder. Mixing is carried out under conditions of dynamic vulcanisation, with solution forming non-continuous phase of particles in continuous resin phase. Supercritical flowing medium is obtained by gas compression. Pressure in extruder is supported above supercritical gas pressure.
