FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for enzyme immunoassay of functional activity of human complement component C3. The method involves sorbing lysocyme in micropanel wells, introducing an analysed sample containing human complement component C3 of unknown activity, incubating in the presence of EDTA; after drying the tray and washing, the wells are added with a conjugate with anti-human component C3 antibodies and a substrate of this enzyme. Component C3 activity is calculated by an amount of a formed enzymatic reaction product. What is presented is a kit containing a flat-bottomed micropanel with sorbed lysocyme preparation, EDTA, conjugate of enzyme with anti-human complement component C3 antibodies, substrate buffer and donor blood serum with known activity of C3 as a reference.EFFECT: group of inventions enables determining functional activity of human complement component C3 with no need for activating the whole complement system and possesses good result reproducibility.2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
