The field of the invention is production of ice for food. The invention relates to production of crystal-clear ice and freezing pieces of berries and fruits in crystal-clear ice cubes of different shapes by balancing flow rate and angle of cold air and water during the freezing process. Berries are frozen into ice using interrelated tube system with suckers that are incorporated in the system near a vacuum pump. |
