The present invention relates to outer leaves of cabbage having increased content of calcium and magnesium which is manufactured by a method for producing outer leaves of cabbage with increased content of calcium and magnesium which may include the following steps: (a) pickling cabbages or radish tops in a bay salt aqueous solution; (b) washing after dipping the cabbages and radish tops from step (a) in water dissolved with calcium chloride or ionized calcium; and (c) freezing the washed cabbages or radish tops from step (b). |
