The present invention relates to a system for processing explosive compounds generated from a beaten zone located in the upper part of a slope, which may include: a barrier structure provided on the slope for screening avalanches of earth and rocks falling from the beaten zone; a collecting unit which is provided on the lower part of the slope than the barrier structure and collects and discharges outflow water and soil to a settling basin; a settling unit which is provided on the lower part of the slope than the collecting unit, generates a settling operation to the outflow water and soil from the collecting unit, and firstly purifies chemicals in the outflow water by using starch pills; and a marsh unit which comprises plants purifying the chemicals and secondly purifies the chemicals in the outflow water by receiving the outflow water passed through the settling basin.
