The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor lighting apparatus which comprises a base having a heat sink in the bottom; a light emitting module including a substrate arranged in the base, and at least one semiconductor optical device arrayed in the substrate; a substrate hole penetrating the substrate, and electrically connected to the semiconductor optical device; and a wiring protection unit formed in the substrate hole, and protruding at a certain height from the top of the substrate, thereby protecting wiring connected to the substrate from an external impact. |
