The present invention relates to a cutting device for infectious wastes. The cutting device for infectious wastes comprises: a fixing part fastened to an input hole to put wastes in an infectious waste storage container, or to a separation hole to separate the wastes; and a cutting part wherein a first rotary body with a cutting blade attached to one side of an upper part of the fixing part and a second rotary body with an insertion groove to insert the cutting blade are coupled to face each other. The first rotary body and the second rotary body rotate to insert the cutting blade into the insertion groove; thus cutting the wastes arranged between the first rotary body and the second rotary body. According to the present invention, a plurality of fastening protrusions formed on an edge of a guide body is inserted in the input hole formed on a top of various waste storage containers already used to simply be attached or detached; thus having a wide range of usage. Also, the present invention prevents blood remained in a tube from spilling out by sealing an upper part of the input hole of the infectious waste storage container in the cutting of the tube; thereby preventing a secondary infection to maintain high stability.
