The present invention relates to a three-phase motor and, more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for minimizing an influence by the temperature change in a motor to increase the efficiency of a motor and the torque accuracy by reflecting a real-time control of the temperature change in a motor by using a permanent magnet. The apparatus comprises: a motor; a temperature sensor for generating temperature information; a compensation unit for generating a compensation torque command value or a compensation magnetic flux command value; a D-axis current command table for generating a D-axis current command value; a Q-axis current command table for generating a Q-axis current command value; a current controller for generating a D-axis voltage command value and a Q-axis voltage command value; and an inverter for driving the motor. |
