PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of easily securing a power supply to a measuring device, a communication apparatus or the like in an environment in which a power line is laid but a power outlet is not provided.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a clamp current transformer that is attached to a power line and outputs current proportional to AC current flowing through the power line; and a power supply unit that generates prescribed DC voltage from the output current from the current transformer to supply power to a load. The power supply unit comprises: a rectifier circuit that rectifies the output current from the current transformer; a DC/DC converter that generates the DC voltage from the output from the rectifier circuit; and a secondary battery that backs up the output voltage from the DC/DC converter for a prescribed time when output from the rectifier circuit is stopped due to completion of charging by the output from the rectifier circuit. |
