PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a partition device for escalator climbing prevention capable of suppressing damage on a partition plate for climbing prevention.SOLUTION: A partition device for escalator climbing prevention includes: a rubber part 61 provided at an outer deck 5; and a partition plate 62 for climbing prevention provided at the rubber part 61 and extending in a height direction. The rubber part 61 allows the partition plate 62 for climbing prevention to incline with respect to the height direction so that, in the case where a force in a movement direction of a movement handrail 4 is applied to the partition plate 62 for climbing prevention, an upper end part of the partition plate 62 for climbing prevention is located further frontward than a lower end part in the movement direction. |
