摘要 Provided is a method for manufacturing a high-magnesium aluminum alloy commercial wheel hub, comprising the following steps: step 1: forming into annular blanks a feedstock high-magnesium aluminum alloy hot-rolled sheet; step 2: the annular blanks are deep-drawn to obtain disc-shaped blanks; step 3: the disc-shaped blanks are cooled to below the recrystallization temperature, then the spoke parts of the disc-shaped blanks are forged to obtain forged aluminum alloy wheel hub blanks; step 4: the forged aluminum alloy wheel hub blanks are spun into hollow rotating body wheel hub blanks; step 5: the hollow rotating body wheel hub blanks are stabilized at low temperature; step 6: machining and surface treatment. The high-magnesium aluminum alloy commercial wheel hub manufacturing method resolves the problems of the complexity of existing techniques, low production efficiency, and high energy consumption, and achieves the objectives of reduced power consumption, increased production efficiency, and good mechanical properties of the product.
