A graphene nanostructure manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a first solution by dispersing graphene powder into deionized water; preparing a second solution by dispersing metal oxide into deionized water; forming a mixture by mixing the first and second solutions; adding an aqueous solution, which contains nitrogen atoms, to the mixture; adding an oxidizer to the mixture; filtering, washing, and drying the mixture; and emitting microwaves to the mixture.
