PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle whose dispersibility into a resin is improved.SOLUTION: In a conductive particle in which at least the surface area includes tin oxide, the value of BET/BETas a ratio between BET specific surface area BET(m/g) and BET(m/g) measured using water is controlled to 0.2 to 0.7. It is suitable that the BETis controlled to 3.0 to 35.0 m/g. Further, the BET specific surface area measured using nitrogen BETis suitably controlled to 15 to 50 m/g.
