PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data proofreading platform server connected to an Internet connection device and used for receiving a document file.SOLUTION: The data proofreading platform server recognizes characters in a document file and converts the characters into reflow paragraphs, and generates index data on the basis of the contrast relationship between original paragraphs 913 and converted reflow paragraphs 914 after conversion in the file format. The platform server generates a proofread webpage 910 including a first window 911 and a second window 912. When the platform server receives a contrast command sent by an Internet connection device via a network unit, the original paragraphs and the corresponding reflow paragraphs are displayed on the first window and the second window respectively on the basis of the index data. This enables the original file and the converted files to open at the same time. In addition, a progress synchronous interface is provided to accelerate the efficiency of proofreading.
