This laser system may be provided with: a delay circuit unit for receiving a trigger signal and outputting a first delay signal that shows that a first delay time has elapsed since the trigger signal was received, and a second delay signal that shows that a second delay time has elapsed since the trigger signal was received; a first trigger-correcting unit for receiving the first delay signal and outputting a first switch signal that shows that a first correction time has elapsed since the first delay signal was received; a second trigger-correcting unit for receiving the second delay signal and outputting a second switch signal that shows that a second correction time has elapsed since the second delay signal was received; and a clock generator for generating clock signals shared by the delay circuit unit, the first trigger-correcting unit, and the second trigger-correcting unit. |
