<p>The invention relates to a convertible tilt-wing aircraft, including: a fuselage (F), a wing, at least one portion of which can tilt (AB) relative to the fuselage (F) about an axis (A) of rotation substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (AL) of the fuselage (F), characterised in that it also includes: a first pod (N1) including a first shrouded (C1) rotor (R1) and a second pod (N2) including a second shrouded (C2) rotor (R2), both pods (N1, N2) being each secured to one end of the tilting portion of the wing (AB), such as to form an integral wing/pod assembly, the planes of the rotors (R1, R2) substantially forming an extension of the axis (A) of rotation of the tilting portion of the wing.</p> |
