PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can reduce mental burden of a user who performs cut of a specified region.SOLUTION: An image processor 10 includes: an image information acquisition section 11 for acquiring image information of an image; a user designation receiving section 12 for acquiring position information of an including region which a user inputs so that it includes a designation region being a specified image region in the image; a first representative position setting section 13 which sets a first representative position being a representative position of the designation region in response to the position information of the including region; a second representative position setting section 14 for setting a second representative position being a representative position of a region outside the designation region, which is the region outside the designation region; and a region detecting section 15 for detecting the designation region from the first representative position and the second representative position.
